Weird
Essex University is built in the grounds of a stately home called Wivenhoe House. Wivenhoe House is now home to the university's hotel school, so sees use as a hotel, restaurant and conference centre.
Because Sunday was Father's Day, we went there for Sunday lunch. You never know whether it will be good or not because some trainee chefs are better than others, but on this occasion it was very nice indeed.
On the way to the restaurant, we walked past some side rooms where a conference was being held. Here's the signage:
Well that's a euphamism new to me.
