Having to stand in that mess might at least cause smokers to think twice before lighting up, so I suppose it does still have a purpose.

The new-this-summer smoking area outside the local pub hasn't stood up to the relentless onslaught of British weather very well.
Having to stand in that mess might at least cause smokers to think twice before lighting up, so I suppose it does still have a purpose.
