Anecdote
I went to Lincoln today to give a talk at the university there about games and story (slides here, but I based them on a blog post so you already know what they say). Lincoln was fine except for the 5 minutes it snowed.
Here's a handy hint for those of you who are worried you might fall asleep when undertaking a 3-hour drive: eat a family pack of Maltesers, followed by a family pack of Maynard's Sports Mix gums, followed by a family pack of Minstrels. The resulting stomach ache you'll get will keep you fresh and alert for a good 4 or 5 hours before it wears off...
