Outburst
I went to PC World today to buy some photo print paper, and in the queue for the checkout I spotted that there was a compendium of all editions of Might & Magic for sale at under £25. Tempted though I was to invest in it, I decided against doing so on the grounds that the large, professionally printed sign describing it said:
Complete heroe's of might and magic saga
I think English is perhaps overtaking me. I see spelling errors such as this in so many places (not least my students' assignments) that I'm beginning to wonder if, norms being what they are, it's me who's using the language wrongly...
