Some of the doctors don't have a dot after Dr and some do. British English standard is not to put the dot for contractions, only for abbreviations, but I think I'd rather see them all consistently wrong then see some inconsistently wrong.
Needless to say, Essex University's office nameplates are a mixture, too, but at least you have to walk down a corridor to find that out.
