Anecdote
The young woman on the tube caught my attention when she held up the kernel of a brazil nut in front of one of her friends, a young man, and said: "You can take one of these a day to get rid of a headache. Only one. You mustn't take two, because they're really bad for you.".
The young man looked confused. "What are you talking about?"
"Brazil nuts", she replied. "One a day. One. A. Day. To get rid of headaches."
He looked at her as if she was mad.
Then, he put three or four brazil nuts in his mouth from the entire packet he was eating his way through.
The young woman gave him a look of withering contempt, and that's where the conversation ended.
