In an earlier post, I said that Matter 13 (at 3 pages) was the shortest in the book. However, I'd forgotten that Matter 23 (at 2 pages) was even shorter; I added it when I reorganised the chapters. I'm not sure it's needed, as it merely restates something that has already been asserted. Still, it separates Matters 22 and 24, which are strongly linked.
Matter 24 is my favourite chapter in the whole book, by the way. Don't necessarily take this as a recommendation!
