I didn't buy this book, but took a picture of the title page because "Brown AI" sounds like a new form of artificial intelligence.
My guess is that the I is an inadvisable use of Roman numerals and the book is probably called "Brown A1". This would make it sound as if it concerned roadworks on a major north/south thoroughfare.
