Anecdote
I still get inexplicable Facebook ads for Disney princesses, although only about half of them actually have anything to do with the topic and I stopped my experiment of clicking on them months ago.
Here's what I got when I asked Midjourney for a close-up of a Disney princess:
That's scarily believable.
If I did it another 10 times, I could post them on my web site and have "Researcher uses AI to create amazing new Disney princesses" clickbaiting people to use up my hosting bandwidth.
