We used to regard this as laughably amateurish back in the 1980s. It takes ten seconds to code it so it pluralises properly.
I despair.
Obviously, I don't despair as much as I did when I found out that if you leave the starter realms and go to a faction-versus-faction realm it doesn't make it clear that you won't be able to bring back with you the gear you went in with. Nevertheless, I do still despair.
