Weird
So, in Elite: Dangerous you often come across NPC spaceships. The captain of these ships all have names. Some of the names may be created dynamically (Jenny the Lovely), but others seem to come from a list of real names. I've seen many of these, ranging from 1970s comedian Ken Goodwin through naturalist David Attenborough to computer scientist Alan Turing.
