If you were a short man called Michael and you opened a bar, you might well decide to call it "Little Mick's". You could then expect to benefit from the hordes of fans of the girl group Little Mix whose ears were not attuned enough to hear the apostrophe.
Provided people routinely called you Little Mick, you'd probably survive any attempt to sue you under the passing-off laws, too. For years, the Albert Hall Orchestra toured the UK, despite having no connection to the Albert Hall. Albert Hall was the name of the bandleader.
It still beats me how the frozen food chain Iceland gets away with it, though.
