Outburst
I reading a book chapter describing a new way of looking at metaphysics, and was getting along with it quite well. It was arguing about different ways to read quantifiers such as "there exists", and I was expecting it was going to end up recommending having two versions of each quantifier depending on how they were meant to be understood.
That was until I came across this passage:
Given that the article was all about subtle meanings of words, this was the point at which I parted company with it.
Damned double negatives... Still, at least it wasn't "ain't no regarding".
