I don't know what makes a "War-time Pack" any different to a peace-time pack, but the cards are about half the size; it would be called a "patience" pack normally.
I really must look up the rules to Lexicon sometime.

I rescued these from my mother earlier this week. Apparently, it had escaped her attention that I collect old packs of cards.
