That evening, when we were going out to dinner, I found something sticky on my hand and shook it off. I didn't know what it was or where it went, but I did know I didn't want anything sticky on me so was pleased to be rid of it.
It turned out that it was one of the Space Invaders off my cufflinks.
Damn!
Do I throw the good one out, or do keep it and buy a replacement set (knowing that it's held together with cheap glue but also now having a reserve for when one of the Space Invaders is shot down)?
