I wonder if anyone actually believes that this will serve to create a sense of community among the new cohort, or if it's just what some committee decided upon to meet a set of criteria determined by some other committee.
In my day, someone would have taken a black marker pen to the first two letters of the final word of the paragraph. You should never publish banal management-speak posters in white lettering while black marker pens exist!
