MUD News was written by Simon Dally (I'd have spelled the word "Fod" as "FOD", its being an acronym for "Finger Of Death"). The "since when" remark sounds like me, though.
No, I don't know how this one issue of MUD News made it from 1986 to the present when all the rest didn't.
