What Next?

I have three weeks to do the following:

Mark 7 interim reports for this year's final-year projects.
Create 6 project specifications for next year's final-year projects.
Merge together 2 sets of 20 1-hour lectures into 2 sets of 10 2-hour lectures and write 2 new 2-hour lectures.
Write 4 examinations on the material in next term's lectures.

Which should I do first?

I think maybe I'll write some Christmas cards and wrap some presents...
