It's a notepad for making shopping lists. Each page has a drawing of the front of St Paul's at the bottom, which I'd scan for you except that flattening the notepad for the scanner would crack the spine. My father-in-law said it might be worth some money a few years from now.
Hmm. Well the way things are going it probably will be, but only because 200 years in the future most people won't know what paper is.
