Anecdote
Here are some photos I had on my phone that I've got around to taking off...
This was attached to a telegraph pole near the local bus stop:
No-one has taken any of the little tear-off tabs. I wonder if the fact they can't get at them has anything to do with it?
This is a shop on Colchester High Street:
It's where all the schoolgirls go when they want to buy a prom dress that has been bleached in the sun on one side.
Essex University has an area outside where they can screen TV programmes, such as football matches:
