The form wanted to know the date, but declined to say the format. I typed in 27 12 2010 and it complained:
If I'd have put 27/12/8010 it wouldn't have complained; miss out the slashes, though, and it gets all stroppy.

Weird
I found out today that I had to fill in a form telling the university what work I had done for a randomly-selected week. Fortunately, the randomly-selected week was the one after Christmas, so all I'd done was some marking.
