You may notice they bear a passing resemblance to one another. One was a water bill for August-November; one was a water bill for November-February; one was a water bill for February-May.
I'm sure there's a perfectly rational explanation for why they couldn't share an envelope. Perhaps it was because they wanted to send me three separate copies of their special offer to insure my external plumbing?
