Anecdote
As the snow starts to melt, animal tracks are being revealed in our garden:
The animal that caused the big ones to the left is my elder daughter, but the sources of the other tracks are unknown. I'd guess they're probably from cats.
I say "cats" rather than "a cat" because in places they seem to gravitate towards each other. Here, for example, it looks as if there were two animals that stopped for a conversation:
Enjoy it while you can, cats: now I know how you're getting in to the garden, I can stop up the holes in the fence you're using come summertime...
