Waking Up

Anecdote

I got a dream this morning as I was being woken up by the radio. Being woken up is one of the few times I get unsolicited dreams (that I remember). This one went on for ages, but there was only one line of dialogue in it: "They should make the buttons for nuclear warheads explode 50% of the time — it would make for better gameplay".

I think it was my subconscious trying to tell me I've been playing too much Mount & Blade recently, especially given that although the dream took place at a long table outside a farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, I was disguised as a Khergit lancer.

Why subconsciousnesses have to communicate in metaphor instead of just coming right out and saying what they mean is beyond me...
