Outburst
Driving back from our weekly trip to see my wife's mother (first question to my daughter: "who are you?"), I announced I was going to put on a CD. Immediately, my wife and both my daughters pulled out their iPods. When the music started (Vaughan Williams' English folk Song Suite — hardly ear-shattering stuff) my wife turned it down because she could still hear it over her iPod. I barely got to catch a note. The rain hitting the car was louder.
Maybe I should go and tell them to switch the TV down when I'm playing computer games?
Yeah, like that would work...
