I'm selling one of my URLs, sopera.com. I've had it for 8 years, and although I still plan eventually to release the game of that name that I bought it for, I don't actually need it. Some German start-up does want it, and so I said I'd sell it. I'm not in the business of cybersquatting, so I decided to accept the first offer they made. This was for €300. It's not all that less than the $500 that LeapFish suggested, and a lot more than the $81 proposed by dnScoop.
Besides, I don't regard it as losing a URL; I regard it as losing 200 pieces of spam email per day.
Hmm, maybe I should mention that to the buyers...
