The Mull of Kintyre is at the end of the Kintyre peninsula in Scotland. It's famously used by film, television and newspapers to decide whether or not it's OK to show an image of a penis without being accused of pornography.
This isn't a standard that can be readily exported to the rest of the world, though, since the geography of the southwest of Scotland is not generally taught nor easy to bring to mind. We should therefore seek out something that's a little less obscure.
I vote for Sweden off the Euro:
