So either the nuclear fallout shelter is on flooor 5 (which would be madness) or it's in the basement (which would be so sane as not to necessitate a sign).

Taking the stairs down to floor 5 for lunch, I chanced upon this sign:
So either the nuclear fallout shelter is on flooor 5 (which would be madness) or it's in the basement (which would be so sane as not to necessitate a sign).
