I just saw a report on ABC news about the price of petrol in Europe. The reporter rode a Vespa scooter down a street in London to show how you can get around cheaply without worrying about the fact that "gas costs $6 a gallon".
Yes, but you still have to worry about broadcasting to the world your flouting of the helmet laws.
