If the EU want to take back Britain's rebate, here's how they can do it without our getting to veto it: give every other country a rebate, then raise the contributions so the net effect is that everyone pays the same as they do now, except Britain (because we already had a rebate).
Pass me the finances of the EU, I'll show you what I mean...
