Anecdote
There was some work done to the radiator in my office recently, followed by this note:
It looks as if the university aims to save money by making it such a drudge to turn their radiators on that they can't be bothered to do it.
In theory, I can probably ask for a free mobile phone in order to do this, because they can't assume that I have one.
