Anecdote
Every year we have to undertake a "How We Work at Essex Booster" course online. I didn't know that it was every year, but we're not asked about that in the booster course.
We're told at the start that the course will take an hour to complete.
We're also told that we have to answer all the questions but we won't be marked on them.
The course therefore takes somewhat less than an hour to complete.
