Oh, silly me!
I went to my office at the university with the expectation that it would be cold because I hadn't visited the appropriate web site and turned on the radiator. It wasn't cold, though, it was warm. The radiator was on.
Of course it was on! Why, after all the years I've worked there, did I think that a fancy, Internet-controlled radiator flow-regulator would actually work?
