Weird
This is an access panel on the floor in the Business School at the university.
Someone went to a great deal of trouble to cut the tiles on that so they lined up exactly.
Then someone else completely ignored this and put it back rotated 180°.
This happens so often, I can't help but wonder if the people who use such panels find a certain glee in deliberately replacing them out of whack.
