Anecdote
When I set off for my morning constitutional (one jogger; five dog-walkers, each walking two dogs; no women) I noticed this:
It seems that my report to Anglian water was taken seriously. This is just as well — when I walked past yesterday, there were two holes gushing out water, with a third developing.
I don't suppose that Anglian Water will give me any free water as a thank you, but I can hope.
