Outburst
One of the problems with doing marking on digital scripts rather than on paper ones is that I can't edit documents in Word unless I accept that they're safe — but I don't know that they are safe. I've just had to reboot my PC in safe mode to remove a student exam script from last year that wouldn't die even when I tried to force-delete it from the command line in administrator mode.
The student didn't get very good marks, so on the grounds that it would take a smart person to make a .docx refuse an adminstrator-level account access, it was probably done by accident rather than deliberately.
