Weird
Facebook is doing a really good job of showing me advertising for the exact same hotel I've just stayed at for two weeks. Meanwhile, Amazon is asking me how I liked the rechargeable batteries I ordered when it hasn't yet delivered the charger and eBay is wondering if I'm interested in bidding for a pack of playing cards that has a starting price higher than my maximum bid on the similar pack that I recently lost out on.
One of these days, those fancy game-playing machine learning algorithms are going to get used for something other than game-playing. Well, that and scary surveillance by the state.
