Hmm, I'd be interested to see a list of those, given that there are only 193 member states in the UN (plus two observer states and 11 non-members); even FIFA has only has 209, and it includes countries that are parts of states (England, Wales, Scotland and Northerin Ireland count four times, rather than just once for the UK).
