Weird
Remember earlier this year when students made an awesome smiley out of drawing pins on a noticeboard near the Computer Science block? Well, over the months that followed, people took the pins to use for pinning stuff to notice boards, and it deteriorated.
However, today I walked past the noticeboard and saw a new picture made out of pins:
I guess next they'll be using stop-motion photography to animate them.
"Awesome smiley" is a technical term, apparently. I've no idea if that particular map and globe is but it seems vaguely familiar so I guess it could be.
