Outburst
So, I checked on the Internet what the weather in Lodz would be like. Would I need a coat? I looked at four reports. Two said it would be cloudy today, and two said there was a 40% chance of precipitation.
None of them thought it useful to mention that the place is UNDER THREE INCHES OF SNOW:
