Catastrophic Failure?

According to Mark Rein, co-founder of Epic Games, the way that Intel is shipping CPU chips with integrated graphics processors could cause a catastrophic failure of the market. Such graphics are apparently not up to console standards, therefore PC games will suffer in comparison.

If it means I can play future versions of Civilization, The Elder Scrolls and Desperados without having to deal with the consequences of crocked graphics, I'm all for it.

Imagine if the only thing you could do to sell your game was give it good gameplay. It hardly bears thinking about...
