Winter Coat

Comment

My dad gave me a coat a few years ago that looks like the kind construction worker supervisors wear — flourescent arms, a hood that can hold a hard hat, elasticated inner cuffs. It's very warm, though, at least to the mid-thigh level. The temperature outside is so cold today that I'm considering wearing it, however there are two factors that mitigate against this:

  1. When I'm in the car, any arm movements send draughts of air swirling about my neck, because it can't get out of the sleeves.

  2. When I wear it, I look like a construction worker supervisor.

Hmm, this is going to need the toss of a coin to sort out.
