I found a bunch of MMO-related post-it notes I'd written for myself. Some of them are even readable.

Instead of a fixed plot you level up in, have a fixed level you plot up in.
Attempting to hold on to existing subscribers always puts off newbies.
Paying to avoid buying gold is like other people buying gold.
Immersion is when you accept a presented image as real. It removes a level of indirection.

I like the first one.
I largely agree with the second one, but it needs an "almost" before "always".
I don't understand the third one.
I don't agree with the fourth one.

There was another post-it note in the pile but that was a couiple of ideas for the "You are the ref" section in the Observer.
