Whiskers

Anecdote

When I was in Falmouth last week, my electric razor ran out of juice. I'd recharged it the day before I left, so I figured it must have come on in transit. I recharged it again when i got back, but it lasted 2 days before going flat again. Oh well, a battery problem then: I'll buy a new one when I get back and take the cable with me.

This morning, it died on mywhile plugged in and with the recharge light flashing to tell me it's fully-charged. I think maybe it's just broken.

Still, no problem, I have a spare non-electric blade in my bag for just such an emergency. I've had it for 30 years, and now's its chance to make good.

It turns out that the glue holding together razors isn't good for 30 years. I'm going to have to use it, though.

There will be blood.
