Still Wrong Number

Weird

Last year, we got out house insurance details that included a field for our phone number which was printed as CLEARCOBOLFIELD N.

This year, our new documents have arrived and they still have a CLEARCOBOLFIELD N instead of our telephone number.

Did all their Cobol programmers die of old age and they don't have anyone capable of fixing it or something?

If it does that to telephone numbers, what is it doing to the numbers representing the money we pay them?
