We don't normally have it standing in the middle of our kitchen. It usually lives in this gap in this unit:
See that wall to the right? That's not the wall of the house, there's a space between the wall of the unit and the house wall:
In that space is a pair of pipes. The one at the back has sprung a leak:
I don't know whether to try and remove the unit (which has the oven's switch box wired directly onto it) or just to take a circular saw and cut a hole for a plumber to access.
The more I learn about the plumbing in this house, the less I like it...
