We need some new crockery, hopefully by next week for when our German exchange student comes to visit. However, having tried every shop in Colchester that might sell a dinner service we all like, we duly failed to find a dinner service we all liked. Someone always actively disliked whatever we looked at.
Today, though, my younger daughter (who came up to Yorkshire with me) and I found a local shop selling stuff which, if we don't actually love it, we don't actively dislike. Now we have to find out if my wife and other daughter like it, but they're back home in Colchester. Wait, though! We have that Internet thing out here!
