Weird
Hmm, turns out my laptop can survive being inside a suitcase that falls over on an escalator and bounces down half a dozen steps before coming to rest. That's useful to know.
Anyway, I bought my younger daughter a present today, a T-shirt from a shop called "Newbie". Most of the stuff it sells has the "Newbie" logo on it, which is why I bought it.
I asked the serving person if she knew where the word came from, but she didn't. I was thus unable to impress her with its MUD1 origins...
