Anecdote
I drenched a man from head to foot today. I was driving along and he was standing by the side of the road next to a huge puddle. I could see well in advance what was going to happen: I'd pass at speed through two inches of water and send a splash so high it would go down his collar. There was nothing I could do to avoid it, though — I was powerless to prevent his being soaked.
It was just too damned tempting for my willpower to overcome...
