Anecdote
I saw a woman in Sainsbury's today, regailing a hapless shelf-stacker near the rice puddings and cakes and stuff.
"You should know if it's available for the lactose-intolerant, you shouldn't have to ask!"
Not satisfied with being lactose-intolerant? Why not go the whole way and be completely intolerant?
